I had the most amazing stay at a hidden gem in Sydney. The art deco building was beautiful and gave the hotel a unique charm. The rooftop bar and pool area were spacious and provided a relaxing atmosphere. The service at the Wilmot Restaurant was great, and I was actually surprised by the range of gluten-free options in the breakfast area. Exploring the history of the building was a good experience. Plus, the hotel's location was perfect, just a short stroll away from the light rail, Town Hall station, and the center of Sydney CBD.

Loved stylish design, perfect art deco building, oasis with rooftop pool, perfect service, large comfortable rooms, spacious bathroom.

The hotel is ideally located near popular tourist attractions and is super close to everything in the CBD. It also offers convenient access to public transportation. The rooms are beautifully appointed with luxury fittings, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is outstanding, offering a variety of delicious options. the hotel provides excellent service, with housekeeping promptly delivering extra towels when requested.

The rooftop pool area could use some improvement and maintenance.

We loved the elegant and contemporary style of the lobby and the spacious and well-designed rooms. The staff were excellent, offering helpful suggestions for dinner and nearby attractions. Special thanks to Eryk at concierge for helping us secure a table at the most popular Chinese restaurant in town. The hotel's location on Pitt Street was convenient, right in town hall and easy to get to via a bus from Museum.

The room was spacious, clean & beautifully furnished. Fantastic location near the Museum stop. Loved the rooftop bar with a great atmosphere. Helpful staff. Complementary water bottle for my journey home. Excellent room service with amazing food. Beautifully renovated building with spacious and comfortable rooms. Great air-conditioning. Close to public transport. Recommend Macchiato's restaurant for wood-fired pizza and live jazz.

Felt completely relaxed, nothing too much trouble.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we were treated like royalty. the staff at this hotel truly went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. the exclusive amenities were luxurious and fulfilled our every need. the rooftop pool was stunning and provided a beautiful view of the surrounding area. the in-room breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day. the room itself was spacious and had all the exclusive advantages we could ask for.

The only minor issue we had was with the restaurant. While the food was delicious, the wait time for our table was a bit long.

the staff was outstanding and always polite, interested and keen to help me with anything. the premises were well, maintained and the accommodation was high, quality and comfortable.

The hotel's in, room lighting felt too complicated to operate, as there was no clear explanation of how to use it. Despite this minor issue, the overall experience was excellent and I highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a luxurious stay with exceptional service.
